We sold our house!!

We have lived in Lindon now for 5 years and we just sold our house. It is bitter sweet! We LOVED living here and we made some amazing friends. This house just did not have enough space for us. We are now living in a little townhouse for a couple months while we build a new house in Lehi.

    Congratulations on your sale, and your move! I’m sure it wasn’t easy to move on, but move on you had to. How long did it take for you to find a buyer to sell your house to? And will you be paying a mortgage for your new place? If so, I suggest setting aside at least a chunk of the money from the sale of your house to help pay it off.

    I hope that you have, by now, moved into a house that’s got more than enough space for you! I can only imagine what it must’ve been like to sell this house that you had lived in for 5 years. There’s no monetary value that can replace the memories you made there, but all the same, I do hope that you were able to sell your house for a good price. How was your transition period from the old to the new house?
