Cambree graduated from Pre-Kindergarten! I can't believe how big she is getting. She had a cute little program and then we went our for ice cream to celebrate!

 The brothers came to support!

 Cambree and her BFF Jane

We will miss her great teachers Ms. Holly and Ms Kathy

Look at this cute baby!! I can't keep those fingers out of his mouth!! He is our first thumb sucker!

Caleb's birthday celebration

Caleb has a summer birthday so his teacher called me last week and asked if I would come in and celebrate his birthday early! So we brought donuts to his class and I asked the kids trivia questions about Caleb. It was TOTAL CHAOS. I do not know how that teacher has survived this year! His class has some really hard kids and you could tell that his teacher was totally burned out....but Caleb had a blast and was so excited for us to come.

This past week we had to take Caden in for a colonoscopy. Starting back in January we was bleeding when he used the restroom. We took him to the "on call"  dr and she told us that since he was not in pain it was nothing to worry about. Well it kept getting worse so I took him to his dr, not just the "on-call" dr and he referred us to a specialist. I called to make an appt and they were a month out, so I had my dr call and he got us in right away. The specialist came up with a couple different things that could have been causing the bleeding. The 2 major things he thought it could be were either a polyp in his colon or ulcerative colitis. We were hoping it wasn't ulcerative colitits which can cause colon cancer or eventually you would have to have your colon removed and be on medicine everyday for the rest of his life. We were hoping it was a polyp. There is a rare chance the a polyp could be cancerous though, so we were worried about that too. So we scheduled a colonoscopy to be done right away to see what was going on. The day before we had to do a colon clean out, which i was terrified for. How do you tell a 3 year old that he can't eat all day long and that he would be pooping on the toilet all day long? I stalked up on popsicles and jello and juice. We camped out right next the the bathroom all day and watched movies and played games. It actually wasn't that bad. We had a couple tantrums because he wanted to eat, but all-in-all he was a trooper. The next day we got up and headed to the hospital. This kid is amazing. He was in good spirits, he didn't even flinch when they gave him the IV in his arm. So they put him under and did the procedure. We were so lucky to have the #1 pediatric gastroenterologist  in Utah. He did a great job! When he was all done and came and showed us a large polyp that he removed!!! That is what we were hoping it would be. Usually they are a 1 time deal and they don't come back. He said that it looked great and he has never seen one that is malignant (it is really rare). So we are feeling so good about that!! Our little buddy woke up and we gave him an Angry Birds balloon and he was good to go! He was a little nauseous when he really came too, but after a few hours he was back to himself! We are so grateful for the amazing dr and staff, and for all our friends and families prayers and love sent our way!

what were we thinking?

for Mothers Day we thought it would be cute to take grandkid pics with Grandma and Grandpa. It was mass chaos. We did manage to get a good pic of all the kids, except Caden's finger was diggin for gold.....sheesh.
and then this happened......Crazy cute boys!! Do you like Caleb's white t-shirt? :)

Wheeler Farm with Hart cousins

While the Hart cousins were in town we decided to go to Wheeler Farm. It was a nice free thing to do. It was also perfect weather to fly a kite!!

We love spending time with our cousins!!

Coleman's blessing

We blessed Coleman this last Sunday, May 6th. It was a great day! We had Brandon's family from Indiana and Kansas come in to town. We had his whole family minus 1 brother. We also had a couple people from my family come. Brandon gave him his name: Coleman Rand Hart, and he gave him a beautiful blessing. I am so grateful that he is a worthy preisthood holder so he can bless our babies. After the blessing we all came back to our place for a taco bar. We had a great time together visiting and laughing, it was fun to all be together for such a special day.
Isn't this the chubbiest 2 month old you have ever seen? I LOVE it!!

Grandpa Rand. What a great man to be named after! I know he will be such a great example to Coleman.
So I had to buy Coleman his very own blessing outfit, there was no way I could squeeze him into the ones the other boys wore. I bought it plenty big so I didn't even think to try it on him before the big event. So the morning of as I was putting it on him it was going so well, until I went to button it at the bottom. The legs of the outfit are elastic in the back......that didn't mean much! I could barely close the darn thing. It was super tight around his legs! He still looks adorable!

I am so in love with this bunch!

yeah, it is totally a joke to try and get a decent picture of this bunch of monkeys!

 the Hart clan
We are grateful for all the family who came to support Coleman on his big day. It was a great day full of great people and great memories!
