New baby Coleman Rand Hart

These pictures are a little out of order but I think you will get the idea. My cute aunt made this cute cake to celebrate Coleman's Birthday! The kids loved it! They each got to blow out his candles and take home the rubber duckies!

Grandma Ella Rae with Coleman. She was so excited to meet him! This makes great grandbaby # 9 I think.
Coleman had his first bath at home, he didn't love it so much, as you can see, he looks a little terrified, sad, and mad! I love baby expressions!

I am in love with his hair!! I hope he keeps it!

The kids are loving this baby SO much, too much at most times. They are always asking to hold him, kiss him, touch him, and just be around him! They are doing surprisingly well with all the change!

We are headed home! We only stayed at the hospital 24 hrs. I would have left earlier if they would have let me. I received amazing care, I just hate it there!

The family comes to visit! They were all SO excited to meet the little guy!

Look at this fuzzy monkey after his first bath! We new he had a lot of hair, but holy smokes!
Daddy giving babes his first bath.

Seriously fuzzy like a new baby monkey!! I love it

The kids arrived just in time to see him get his first bath!
 Caleb was getting anxious!!

Welcome to the world...
Coleman Rand Hart
Little baby Coleman made his grand entrance to the world on Wed. feb 22, 2012 (2/22/12). He weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs, and 22 inches. WOWZA! Here is his story:

I knew that I wanted to be induced as soon as my Dr. would let me, so we scheduled my induction for when I would be 39 weeks. The week before the induction I was measuring really big so My dr did an ultrasound and predicted that he was 8 lbs 3 oz at that time. But despite that we still needed to wait until 39 weeks. He told me just to plan on having another 9 lb baby. That was the longest week of my life. I had everything ready to go for weeks, I was so anxious to meet him, and so done being pregnant.
So Wed. finally rolled around and it was time. So we headed to the hospital to be induced. I was overly anxious about this labor and delivery. I am not really sure why but I think it was because my other 3 deliveries were so stressful and scary at the end, and I just didn't want that to happen again. We went in at 7am and by 8am they had my pitocin going, my dr broke my water and the contractions were coming! for sure we were going to have a baby by 9am!! lol jk
My epidural came and from then on it was just a waiting game, he wanted to come on his own schedule, not mine! So we just hung out and waited. The baby's heart rate was great the whole way through (which was not normal for my deliveries). Around 4:30 pm I told the nurse I felt like i wanted to push, my dr was there in 2 minutes, and 2 minutes later he was born!! I pushed twice and he was here. Healthy, happy and stress free!!
The Dr. was right on. 9lbs!!
Coleman is such an easy going baby. He is a great eater and an even greater pooper. He is super sweet and mild tempered. He hardly cries, and is a great sleeper. We love him so much already. He just fits right in with us! We are excited to get to know his little personality and we are so grateful he is here!! We love you and Happy Birthday Baby Coleman!!

January Fun

I realized that the past two months I didn't really take any pictures! The last 2 months of being pregnant really did me in! We really didn't do anything picture worthy because I felt so lousy! But here is a glimpse of just a few things we have done lately....

Caden had a little play date with his best buddy Ethan. He came over for 1 hr and for that 1 hr it was total chaos! After being here about 10 minutes I was about done. These two together are trouble. Don't ask why but I could not keep clothes on either child! I told Cambree I would pay her $1 to go play with them in the toy room and keep an eye on them while I tried to get something done. After 10 minutes she comes downstairs completely frustrated and tells me that it is not worth $1...she was done! haha I love that they are good buds, but holy smokes are they trouble! Good thing I was paid for my time in Chic Fil A! haha

My sister and I took my mom out for her birthday to Desert Star Playhouse, which she loves! It was a fun time just being with us girls!!

We took the kids to the dentist for a cleaning. They have been trying SO hard to remember to brush their teeth so that they would get a good report back from the dentist. Our last trip was miserable. 8 cavities and an empty wallet are not my idea of a good report. So we told them if they were cavity free we would take them to do something fun. Well......not cavities......for any of us......even Brandon! So we took the kids to Kangaroo Zoo. It was a school day, so no one was there, literally. We had the whole place to ourselves. The kids had a blast! Then one month later we got a call from the dentist saying that Caleb won a prize from the "No Cavity Wall". We won an electric toothbrush. Holy Smokes, I have never seen someone so excited about a toothbrush before!
